What to expect

This is a three-part program, led by functional medicine-trained nutritional therapist, Hayley Pedrick and Registered Dietician, Nicole Keeling. It is your chance to engage in a fun, interactive self-exploratory experience that will empower you with personalised insights into your health.

Each session is approximately 60 minutes long, with time for reflection, exercises and questions. To maximise engagement and to protect privacy each session must be attended live - no recordings will be available.
