Functional testing provides a clear understanding of your needs and enables personalisation of your nutrition and supplementation approach. Testing further helps to identify nutrient deficiencies, inflammation and toxic burdens that may create barriers to conception and elevate the risk of miscarriage. The results allow for more accurate optimisation of the health of mum and baby while also minimising pregnancy risk as much as possible.
The Nutritional Evaluation helps us address immediate concerns and DNAlysis informs the dietary and supplementation maintencance approach across the pregnancy and post natal term.
How it works
Step 1: Initial call
Your journey begins with a 15 minute call with Hayley to clarify your personal needs and work out whether testing is right for you
Step 2: Test (optional)
Samples are collected and analysed by the laboratory. This process takes around 21 days.
Step 3: Consultation
Results are reviewed with Hayley and a personalised diet and supplementation plan created to optimise the health of your and your baby as you journey towards parenthood.
Step 4: Receive
You begin taking your personalised supplementation and putting the nutritional guidelines into practice
Step 5: Review
8-12 weeks after starting the supplementation you will meet with Hayley for a progress review and the next steps needed to maintain optimum health in both you and baby
