About the Workshop
The pandemic shifted us from the office into our homes which were not designed as working environments. Back injuries and repetitive wrist strain are on the rise. Many have also swapped their daily commute for extended working hours, seated at their desks - a behaviour where the health risks have been likened to smoking. Join in and learn how to troubleshoot injuries and build movement habits and routines that support the health of the body and mind over time.
