About the Workshop

Our mental wellbeing is in a constant state of flux. Some days may be better than others. For many, the pandemic and recurring lockdown restrictions have resulted in depleted mental health.This workshop will help you to spot the signs and symptoms of ill-health, and build confidence in having courageous conversations to support friends, family and co-workers that may need help.
