How it works
By combing functional testing with evidence-based dietary and lifestyle medicine interventions our integrated team is able to provide you with the highest level of personalised care. This is how we like to work:
Step 1: Initiate
Your journey begins with a 15 minute call from our functional medicine trained clinician to clarify your personal needs. If any testing is recommended this is completed at this stage before your first appointment.
Step 2: Initial consultation
Results are reviewed with your functional medicine clinician and a personalised diet and supplementation plan created to begin your health journey
Step 3: Follow-up
Progress and supplementation are reviewed with your functional medicine clinician before our dietician joins the call to further develop your personal diet and lifestyle practices and help you embed the habits that will move you powerfully towards your goals
Step 4: Review
A final progress review and next steps to maintain optimum health and wellness conducted jointly by your health team

Our hormones have a profound impact on our health. Balanced, they create a vital force that powers our lives. Disrupted, they can lead to weight gain, acne and mood or mental health issues. They can even make or break our careers, particularly in the peri-menopause years.
Women’s Health is my special area of interest and I am a consultant to the Chelsea and Westminster Assisted Conception Unit (ACU).
Conditions we work with
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)
‘IVF has failed for us in the past, but working with you and using functional testing to optimise my health through personalised nutrition and supplementation gave me so much more confidence in my ability to conceive - even with all the complications brought on by the pandemic. Our son is due next week and we are so excited to be welcoming him into the world!

Good sleep is the foundation of physical and mental health. Yet many people are still unaware of how to work out how much they personally need for optimum function, and how to enhance the quality and quantity of their sleep recovery.
I consult for the London Sleep Centre, combining nutrition and autonomic balancing therapy to improve people’s recovery capabilities and support insomnia and sleep apnea sufferers. Find out more by watching me on ‘Secrets of Your Supermarket Food’, Season 3, Episode 2.
‘I’ve been given loads of advice about diet and lifestyle and it’s impact on sleep but once you combine it with hard data about what actually happens, my reactions to food, well that makes everything different. Working with Hayley has gently and fundamentally changed my relationship with food and how I live my life.’

Few people understand how it feels to inhabit a truly energised and healthy body. Instead they silently suffer through their fatigue or chronic health conditions. Functional testing allows us to get forensic and deeply investigate what is going on in your body. The results can help us determine the root cause of persistent, puzzling issues. Fully understanding the complexities of your body’s needs enables us to create a personalised programme to guide you in reclaiming and, future-proofing, your health.
Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS)
‘You've changed my whole world around and made everything so much better. Your consistent all-around support over the 2nd year of the treatment has been just amazing. I really don't have words to express my gratitude towards you.’
