Hayley is the founder of Habitude and one of London’s most highly-regarded nutritional therapists with over eight years clinical experience. She is also an executive leadership coach, working with clients to effect positive change and achieve the goals that matter to them.
An entrepreneur and single mother, Hayley thrives on helping others to rise above their circumstances and live their best lives. She is deeply interested in all aspects of human performance - from optimising health through nutrition and lifestyle medicine to improving brain performance, emotional agility and stress handling capabilities.
She is passionate about integrating the latest functional medicine technology, nutrition research and coaching insights to teach people life-enhancing habits and behaviours which will enable them to thrive in the urban jungle.
Hayley is also an experienced keynote speaker and frequently delivers corporate wellbeing training in energy optimisation, brain health and stress and anxiety management.
In her spare time she mentors students at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, practices meditation and is a Vinyasa yoga teacher and practitioner.

Holding an MSc in Psychology and an ICF Health Coach certification, Jessica’s rich educational background in the field of health and wellness has made her a highly sought-after health coach. She divides her time between supporting private clients and working in the corporate wellbeing world.

Jessica has experienced her own transformative health journey - from a poor diet and high levels of stress and anxiety to a balanced and healthy approach. Katie is a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach with a passion for helping people regain their natural energy, strength and resilience. She graduated with a distinction from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and has completed further training with the world-renowned Institute for Functional Medicine. She is a firm believer in the power that food can have on health – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.
Katie is a certified Metabolic Balance® coach, and works with clients wanting to lose weight and balance their insulin response. She also has particular experience in helping women achieve healthy hormone balance and supporting people with digestive issues.
Katie has also undertaken training in Nutrigenomics, a growing scientific field which looks at how your genetic make-up, lifestyle and dietary choices can correlate with health concerns. She is a certified DNA Life® practitioner.
